The Last Paisley Attitude QuickPage Freebie

Hey Y'all!

Thought I would go ahead and post this freebie this morning before I go to bed. You see, I am a 'night owl' and sleep during the day and play at night; my children wonder if I am a vampire! LOL! I just found I get a lot more done overnight than in the daytime; I am distracted easily. :)

Here's SherryD's last quickpage and it is a beauty too! I hope you like all these beautiful free products that my Creative Team makes for you; won't you leave us a comment so we know you appreciate them? I know, it is easy to just grab and run,, I am guilty of that too but I am making a conscience effort to always leave at least a simple thank you. Until you have been slaving over a design for hours on end you won't know the satisfaction and encouragement that can come from those two words (unless you are a Mom that cooks meals every single day for her family and no one says a word of thanks but is quick on the complaints).

You may download the beauty from HERE or HERE!

I am working on my latest kit, Retro Summer, and I think you will like this one if you are over 50 and under 18 :)  Retro seems to be the 'thing' with the kids now and that kind of makes me happy I lived during the 60's. I know we had the very best music that has ever been played, before or after! Wonderful: Chubby Checker, Elvis, Ricky Nelson, Bobby Darin, The Shirelles, Shelley Fabares, The Supremes, The Big Bopper, Fats Domino, The Beatles, Chubby Checker, man these names just bring back the memories! Wish I knew then what I know now. And don't forget we had Dick Clark and American Bandstand!

Okay, since I'm telling how old I am I will shut up and go to bed now! :)  Hugs,

New Team Member!

Hello Y'all,

How was your 4th of July? Canada Day? Or . . . Wednesday? LOL!  I believe in being patriotic because I believe in my country but fireworks are not the way to celebrate in my opinion! They scare all the animals so badly that some even die from fright, children are traumatized and the worst is all the fires that cause death, maiming, and destruction. Well, someone said to me at least we don't celebrate by shooting off guns. I just don't get it.

Okay, off my preaching and onto another much nicer subject.  I have a new Creative Team member who is working with my kits now! Woo Hoo! I have been blessed to have Dawn and now I have Chris! Dawn is from Canada and Chris is from England and they both are very talented. Chris goes by the name of Twizzle in the forums so some of you might know her too; Dawn uses HummerDawn in the forums! Chris did a layout 'on the fly' for me today just so I could get something of hers up and promises to do many more. Here is the one for today that she made with my Good Morning, Sunshine! mega kit:

 Isn't that photo just precious!

I have so many good friends that I have met on the Net and sometimes I wonder what would have become of me by now if I didn't have them to share my sorrows with, bounce my questions off of, or even my complaints and whining.

Oh, I wanted to tell you that Sugarbutt Designs now has a FaceBook page.  Not a fan page but a personal page and I think we should all show our support for her by asking her to friend us.  Look for Sugarbutt Johnson! I have my FaceBook page too, it is under Olivia Dunaway Hudson if you'd like to join me.  Mine is a personal page also, not a fan page.  Actually, I don't know how to do a fan page! LOL! Yes, there are some things I don't know about the Internet!

Well, got to get back to my work. Hope you have had a nice Thursday! Talk soon.

Working-Working-Working!

Big mix up! They liked me, they really liked me! LOL! I am still going to design for the shop that I thought dissed me!  Seems that my email got lost on the way with my acceptance and after 10 days a friend of mine thought she'd check in with me and Woo Hoo! I'm on my way!

Actually my trade name is already up in the shop but I have nothing for you to buy, so . . . I'm keeping it to myself until I can 'hit' you with it!  I'm so excited, that I just can't hide it . . .

I'm off to prepare some product! Just a heads up for you:  Some of my freebies will be revamped and put in my shop for sale so if you were wanting them just the way they are, grab them now because I will soon lock the links!  This doesn't mean I won't be adding freebies for you as I go, just that some of the more intricate designs will no longer be available for free.

Wish me luck guys!

Hugs,
Liv

PS:  I will soon be looking for a couple of lovely people to make up my Creative Team so keep me in mind if you are interested.  I think I will be asking for layouts made with the Summertime kit.
